“This place was great! The location is perfect. We barely needed to use our van to go places. Like the other reviewers said, this home is located steps from the Pacific Coast Highway which can be pretty loud at night with muscle cars and motorcycles trying to be super cool (if you know what I mean). Earplugs may be a good suggestion for those who sleep lightly. Melanie was incredibly fast at responding and went out of her way to bring us garbage bags and a bike pump one day. We especially loved……

“We stayed 1 month for a surf vacation with our kids. Perfect homebase for daily surfing with Mom while Dad worked from "home". Grocery store was close and kitchen is stocked for cooking that allowed less eating out. Owner is onsite and will accommodate reasonable requests. ”

“What a beautiful home /garden vacation home this was for myself and 4 girl friends we traveled from Texas and had a great time catching up for 3 days we tanned , relaxed, we were able to see Santa Monica one day and Los Angeles the next bc everything was about 30 mins away . “Our family group of 11 adults and 1 child stayed for 5 nights in April. Beautiful home with loovely landscaping backs onto the El Modena open space. There are plenty of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, sauna and gym. Kitchen was huge and well-equipped. Supermarket was just a few minutes away and Disneyland was less than 20 minutes. Property manager was very responsive. We had a lovely stay - would do it again.”

“We booked this home for our family Disneyland trip. Our family included our two adult children and their families which included our grandchildren . 3 under 6 and two teenage boys , plus two adult grandchildren . The house set up was perfect. The kids has a area to hang out , while the adults had separate area to hang out away , but near the children. Our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters absolutely loved the jungle bedroom and enjoyed playing in it . The neighborhood is very quiet and close by……

“Our stay at Mesa Bella was beyond words. The entire property was beautiful and so much more than I expected. We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful. He was attentive and responsive and even helped us with a story. Jose, the security head, was professional, made us feel at home, and most of all kept us safe.
