“Love this place!!! This is as close as you'll get to a resort without the price. Property is well taken care of and rooms are clean. Other "motels" and "inns" in the area are NOT as well kept up and most of them have turned into residential motels with substance abuse programs using them for patients. Not the case here. I stayed here and mixed up my checkout date. They gave me a call when I didn't check out on time (we went out for day activities) and I added another day. Close to Newport Beach……

“The property was very clean. Our room was very clean. For the price this hotel is outstanding. We have stayed at almost every hotel near Disney and even the 4 star hilton wasn't as clean as this one. The rooms were a perfect size for a family of 3. Fireworks are very loud around 930pm so that startled us awake the 1st night but that's what happens when you stay by the park. Staff was very good! Parking was free and we always found a spot. The beds were much comfier than any other 3 star we have……

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely love this property! My family and I have stayed here 7 years in a row, and it’s always been wonderful. The rooms are spotless, the staff is so friendly, and you really can’t beat the location—just steps from the beach. It almost feels like a hidden gem that I don’t want to share because it’s that good! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.”
