“We stayed here for a long weekend with our 3-year-old and had a really nice time! Property was clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time just hanging out looking at the lake, canoeing, and attempting to fish off the dock. We really liked all the birds and wildlife to see right there on the property. Kitchen had all the basic gear you'd expect, although you'll want to bring your own spices, oils, etc. ”

“Steve was great! Met us at check-in and walked us through the property. Communicated with us a few times throughout our stay to ensure we were satisfied. Was accessible if needed. Place was great! We were the lucky few to have the opportunity to rent this “home” as it’s only rented out a couple of times per year. This makes it feel much more like staying at a friend’s place vs staying somewhere that just funnels renters in and out every week. Lots of personal touches. Location was great! Right……

The owners, Patrick and Anna, are friendly, and readily available to answer questions if needed. We loved Willies on the Water, Frozen Scoop for ice cream, and visiting the nearby wildlife preserve where we saw many birds. We brought our bikes and the owners told us about a nearby bike path that we enjoyed. We decided not to……
