Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets. We ate the hotel resturant. It was OK, I got a ceaser salad with beef add on that was very tough, but the waitress took it back and the replacement chicken was good. Waitress was excellent. “We loved our stay. All personnel were friendly, professional, and helpful. The lady at the desk, BW was extremely helpful and friendly. She even took us outside to give us directions to show us where we needed to go. We also appreciated the friendly service provided during breakfast by Heather. She kept the breakfast food amply supplied and clean.”

“I wanted something downtown for one night while attending a concert. I chose it because the parking is directly across from the hotel which was ideal as I do not know Buffalo very well. The concert venue, Electric City was only 2 blocks away, as well as lots of restaurants in walking distance.There is a fantastic whiskey bar across the street.”
