“酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。”

“2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). “Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔”

“Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!”
