“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”

“注要是沒熱水冲涼，它的熱水只是普通水沒加熱的水温，冷水更是冰水來的，这只样我不適應。其他方面沒什麼不妥。”

“还可以，早餐选择很少，房间味道不是很好，不如前几年了，可能住宿客人不多所以都没重视！”

“Counter staff is friendly. Hotel is old , room is ok. Cleaning need to be improved. Hair and cold water is outside of the room. Air con is new, very cold. Over all is ok for me.”

“Was a really good location for a 1 night stay with a shopping mall just downstairs, it doesn't get more convenient than that. Selection at breakfast buffet was pretty good too, don't forget to try the ayam masak! So yummy! ”

“我訂的是雙床房，去到了他們說只有大床房，我說不可能，他把一張大床分開成兩張一米闊的兒童床。 如果要標準的雙床房要每天加馬幣70元升級上高級房， 真的是很差的一間酒店。”
