“Comfortable and value for money. But thin walls so could sometimes hear noise from next room.”

“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”

“Super convenient with the mall just right below. Hotel is relatively new, so overall is rather new and clean, hopefully it will be maintained well.”

“Love the apartment but not sure why when we checked in there were so many ants in the living, dining and kitchen areas. Also there were no supply of insecticide for us to get rid of the ants. Can’t place food on dining table too as it attract more ants. Overall apartment is quite well kept, scenery is great.”

“Counter staff is friendly. Hotel is old , room is ok. Cleaning need to be improved. Hair and cold water is outside of the room. Air con is new, very cold. Over all is ok for me.”
