“Everything is brand new so there were no problems. The room and its bathroom are very clean. But if I decide to stay there again, I will request for a room that is not facing the main road as it gets noisy at night, could not sleep well at night with the cars noises. Another complaint is one of the staff at the front desk was not that friendly, did not greet properly, I don't remember his name but he should treat his visitors equally regardless our races or our religious beliefs.”

“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”

Everyday without fail (I stay wed to Sat), around 5 plus to 6 plus morning, there will be some music playing non stop. It actually affect my sleep. Breakfast is average, not everyday is buffet style, but the waiter at the restaurant is friendly. ”
