“高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。”

The hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus, even though it was about a 300-meter walk from the accommodation. The nearest tram station was also conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. “The light in the room was a little dim, if you don’t turn on the lamp. Other than that, everything was pretty nice.”

“This property was nice and we enjoyed the large bathroom in our room. The only thing was our room was pretty warm throughout the time we were there and had difficulty cooling it down on our own. (we did not mention this to staff at the time) It is super close to a train station and made getting around Prague very easy. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and we took advantage of it throughout our stay. Staff was very helpful with questions we had during our trip.”
