“We have travelled and stayed in lots of different places this has to be one of the best. We were blown away when we opened the door to our apartment, absolutely gorgeous and so clean. “來到布拉格我們在此住宿四晚，整體非常滿意舒適！位在一個商辦大樓內，但住宿五樓的景色一樣很好，可以看見教堂的鐘塔。服務人員親切有禮，一樓有飲水器可以使用，免費取得每日乾淨的飲用水。房內寬敞又舒服，床鋪寬大舒適但是缺點是偏軟，睡久了可能脊椎較不舒服。兩側都有小桌子可以置物、也有插座充電。上方的閱讀燈也是個平台可以放東西。床尾有桌椅可供用餐休息，觀賞眼前牆上的大型電視。電視下方是長興的桌子，提供膠囊咖啡機、膠囊咖啡及茶包，桌下也有小冰箱可以冰東西。浴廁非常明亮寬敞，有歐舒丹的備品可以使用，毛巾數量足夠，也有毛巾架可以烘乾。唯一缺點是沒有提供電熱水瓶。但整體來說體驗非常棒，地理位置佳，附近治安良好，是非常難忘的住宿體驗！”

“We initially booked a deluxe garden suite for 5 nights but extended it for one more because we really enjoyed it (Tom was very helpful in making it happen). It was a perfect, centrally located place to explore Prague and get rest after a full day of activities! We had one of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever (and we travel a lot)! Our suite (404) had a beautiful view over the park and was very quiet. Blackout curtains blocked out the light superbly which made our sleep even more……

“It's a good location, close to a metro station lift and not too close to the crowded plaza. The building and furniture are new. There are a few good restaurants nearby and a small Tesco to get daily supplies. “這旅館在車站前，交通便利。房間寬敞，設施完備，早餐豐富，還有親筆寫的歡迎函。看似完美的旅店，卻隱含著諸多令房客不滿、不舒服的缺失： 早餐7：30am才供應，對於早起或是趕早班車的人是很不方便的。 一樓電梯口早上常有惡臭氣味，讓人進入餐廳前聞到就沒胃口。 房間內金屬流理台生鏽，浴室淋浴間殘留前房客毛髮等等。 最離譜的是，住宿一晚以上的房客，其房間清潔時間是下午2至6點鐘(櫃檯人員的說明），也就是說長住房客在這段時間不方便回房休息（擔心清潔人員的打擾），既使回房休息也不一定有乾淨的房間或毛巾可以使用。而當天3點check-in的新房客則可以使用清潔好的房間。我的親身經歷是下午回房間休息，4：30pm清潔人員才敲門要進行清潔（真是無言啊）。”
