“Room is comfortable and big. People are friendly.One thing to concern in case you bring a huge baggage as you have to climb up a few steps of staircase to reach to reception. Other than that nothing to complain.”

“The location is very remote, the heating in the room is not warm, and there are not even glasses provided in the room. There were no big towels after changing the towels”

“Everything is great. The room is really spacious and clean. Breakfast contains lots of different choices. One little thing is that the vending machines at the entrance only take cash (temporarily; I guess there might be a problem with the sensors that need to be fixed?), which is a bit inconvenient for travelers that don’t have cash yet.”

“although the location of the hotel is a little bit far from downtown, the tram is near hotel so that it is still ok for me to travel in Prague everywhere from here. Only 1 point I want to mention is the socket location, there is nothing near the desk. It is a little bit inconvenient for me if I want to use notebook in the room. Others are ok including breakfast, staff manner, room cleanliness.”
