Bed is very comfortable
"Room is very clean and tidy. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is yummy. Hotel is close to Milan centre train station / airport shuttle bus station. It can travel by subway or trams to the attraction point."

"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."

Breakfast - fantastic
Housekeeping service - need improvement. The housekeeping will not be finished until after 3pm during our stay. The coffee cups have never been clean during our stay. "
