“Personalen var hur bra som helst, förutom en av servitriserna på restaurangen som försökte salta fakturan för dricka. Annars exemplariskt bemötande, daglig städning, rent och snyggt. Hotellet ligger vid havet, har egen pool om man vill använda den. ”

“This is the second time we stay at Lighthouse. My husband and I needed a bit of couple time and booked for 5 days. The hotel offers the perfect conditions for couples. Big spacious room with very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Balcony with a view to the sea and to the golf - the perfect combination of blue and green. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. There are four restaurants on the territory of the estate which can satisfy each taste. The bartenders managed to prepare our favorite……

“Everythibg was perfect , the housekeepers clean our room daily, a lot of food in every meal , the location is perfect (directly on the beach ) , the pool was clean and perfect , the Area very quit and silent . The only thing that is not ok is the fact that they worked on mentanace of a room NexT to our room 2 days between 13-16 o clock wich I was unable to sleep , but I stayed at the pool ☺️ The staff amazing.”

“Alles bestens 😊😊😊😊Nur zu empfehlen. Die Superior Zimmer sind sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem riesigen Balkon. Das Hotel befindet sich in absoluter strandnähe. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Es gab auch einen Themenabend. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub. ”

“Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! BIH THANK YOU!!!”

Direkt am Strand, frisch renovierte Zimmer mit Meerblick, täglich geputzt (Laptop, Geld ... - alles auf Zimmer, teilweise unversteckt ohne dass irgendwas verschwindet), super lecker gekochtes Essen - abwechslungsreich mit frischem Gemüse und Fisch und Fleisch etc., super nettes und entgegenkommendes Personal - kein Nein, man konnte Essen und Getränke aufs Zimmer oder zum Strand mitnehmen, wie man will - sehr praktisch in Zeiten des COVID-19, dazu tragen alle……

“Hotel is nice and cozy. All rooms have balcony with nice sea view. Restaurant is big and there is a lot of dishes to choose from. Food is ok, like usually in all inclusive average, but totally decent. A lot of really good salads to choose from too and there is always a fruit option. Included drinks were also fine. Hotel didn’t felt crowded and it is located in really nice area surrounded by park. Even though it is 15 min walk from Albena center, there are avaliable free shuttles and little……

“Séjour de 10 jours en famille, hôtel très confortable, bonne situation géographique, plage resto bar boutique etc.... propreté irréprochable, équipe d animation au TOP, merci à eux de nous avoir fait passer de superbe vacances..... le seul petit bémol, nourriture basique et toujours la même.....! “Overall a pretty decent hotel and for the price the whole package was 8/10. My notes would be- 1- staff- pretty rude and unhelpful on the whole and mostly dont speak any english. 2- food- reasonable but they seem to have some obsession with boiled chicken wings. Generally acceptable though. 3-room- clean and comfy. 4- location- good with easy access to their own beach. The thing that really bothers me is the plastic glasses. Of course being all inc i dont expect real glasses but they really……

“Senelerdir Albena da kongreye katıldığımızdan bu sene ekonomik olması dolayısıyla Kompası seçtik tepede bir otel olduğundan yürüme açısından sıkıntı yaratmakta. albenadaki diğer otellere kıyasla temizliğe nerede ise hiç önem verilmemekte, çarşaflar 4 gün sonunda değiştirildi, havlular keza öyle , yerleri silmeği temizlik olarak algıyan bir yçnetim var. restrantda tüm tabaklar bardaklar yumurta kokuyordu, bulaşık yıkanmasıda bir sorun diye düşünüyorum. Biz albenayı Bulgaristanı sevdiğimiz için……
