“To stay in this traditional boardhouse evoked memories of childhood growing up in Jamaica. Jay’s team of people couldn’t have been more pleasant and went out of their way to look after us. A short but very sweet visit to the Blue Mountains!”

Communication was difficult, dependent as it was on phone and internet (which I did not have) for virtual access, especially in the dark of late evening. However everyone's willing worked it out, and I awoke to a beautiful dawn over the coast, from the balcony. ”

“Getting up on the hill was definitely a new experience but the place , view and employees were amazing. Owner himself made sure we had everything we needed , accommodated when needed even suggested places we should visit. Loved the experience and view was breath taking ”

“Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time”

“I had a bit of difficulty finding this place. Firstly, this apartment is not in New Kingston, but rather in a place called "Mona". Therefore, the name is slightly misleading. I booked this location and was eventually moved to another location, which was quite nice in the end, however, the security that is at the gate for this apartment complex needs to be aware that there may be guests checking in here that booked through Expedia. The security had NO IDEA who I was and did not let me in. I had……
