“Quiet and peaceful the whole time. Check in process was very easy and Lise was available with great communication. Location is right next to the main house but facing a different direction so you feel a bit of privacy. The studio style apartment is clean and provides basic kitchen and restroom necessities. Fireplace/seating is available outside to enjoy. Definitely recommend this cute little place for couples or a small family if you bring extra (small) bedding. ”

“Our stay at Eleven Eleven Ranch was nothing short of delightful! So many special details and unexpected extras, like beautiful fresh flowers on the table, to a lovely charcuterie plate specially prepared for us in the spotlessly clean fridge, we felt like we were warmly welcomed and can't say enough about the beautiful casita and property. We were mesmerized by the birdwatching. The view of the Wimberly Valley is unmatched, and the perfect temperature hot tub was a real treat. And the location……

“Numerous issues. Keypad did not work on checkin and during stay, asked for extra key, they said not needed. My son and I had to coordinate our trip so we would get back at same time or not get in. Asked them to fix lock;she said not necessary. Would not make another key. Mold on all bath Mats-gross. Would not use. Dust and debris under beds, ambulance every 30 minutes or so all night. Neighbor shot off shotgun several times at night. Not expected in middle of night. I asked for extra 15 minutes……
