“第一天入住，冷氣机很吵，投诉也不可换房，整晚没睡，第二晚11点回房开冷氣也很吵，忍無可忍，投诉后有工人来修理说不可修好，才答應换房，但找了几间房都还未清理，等到12点多可找到房间，第三天我们11点离开至下午6点回房还未执房，又打电话投訴，才有工人来，我住酒店的次数也很多，從未试过如此，以后不会再進住此酒店！”
