“I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many……

“Named Hotel but not really like a hotel to clean up everyday, overall is fine, however, wait to be improved.”

“This hotel is very clean, stylish and updated with a great location. We stayed here for parents weekend at High Point University, because we were a little late in booking. It’s only an 18 minute drive to campus and the price is right. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they have a breakfast in the morning. We never went to it but that adds some value to the stay. They have a coffee machine that’s 24/7 I would stay here again.”

“I highly recommend! Youre close to many restaurants and grocery stores, the mall, and entertainment. The side doors work and the front desk people are very attentive. Clean rooms and the tv works when you want to connect your console.”
