“Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up. The deck is worn and weeds and trees are growing along side it. Inside, there were numerous things wrong, including a strong smell of cat pee that was in the hallway and got stronger in the bedroom. I let the owner know and she said she would have the cleaning crew check it out. However, it was clear that the countertops had not……

“before arriving contacted property manager, asked about kitchen, was told i would have everything i would need to prepare a meal. Found no bakeware, or microwave ware, no measuring cups or spoons, only 4 forks and knives, 4 bowls, no strainer, no hand soap, garbage bags. Pots and pans that were there were dirty, all needed to be cleaned. The entire place was dirty, needs a deep cleaning. Sheets and comforters looked dirty, stained required washing. pillows flat and stained, no top sheets on the……

“This was a great place to stay, super close to 3 state parks and a resort with plenty of outdoor and indoor activities for family of all ages. Our host, Tom and Team made sure we had everything we needed and were super responsive to all communication. The place had plenty of room for us to spread out and was nice and quiet for sleeping.”
