By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. “酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。”

“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。 幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。 當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。 當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”
