“Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

“What a great find! We loved our stay. The cabin was exceptionally clean (you can't tell they allow dogs) and in a serene area. We loved having the pond (and floating living room!) and caught some fish. My son enjoyed playing football and running around all the grassy areas and using the firepit for s'mores. We even ventured through the small woods to the shores of the Kentucky River which is just behind the pond. The pictures don't do this cabin justice. It's about a 25-minute drive to downtown……

“This was the most disgusting place I have seen. I cannot believe that this place is for rent,let alone on the VRBO site. This place is a disgrace to any rental,and if VRBO cares about a good reputation they will remove this place immediately !!!!!!! W e walked in turned around and left immediately, we couldn't stand the smell it smelled of mold and mildew horribly. DON'T RENT THIS PLACE.”

“Just finished our stay at the Orchard Park Cottage. It was amazing. The property was beautiful. Perfect mornings with coffee on the porch watching the horses. Family of 6 stayed comfortably. Kitchen had ample supplies. Keurig coffee maker. Refrigerator did not get super cold. Location was perfect a little drive if you are going to downtown Lexington. Scenery is worth the drive. We will definitely be back. Big thanks to Allison the farm manager so helpful. ”

“We have a tradition of attending the K3DE as a close to our daughters’ IEA Team riding season. This year we decided to all stay together in a house. Cedar and Stone Lodge was a perfect place for us to eat and rest up between each days’ events. Everyone had a room with comfortable, clean beds. The girls enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t use the fire pit as it was as a rainy weekend. Everyone had plenty of space in the kitchen which had everything we needed to cook and clean……

“We stayed three nights for a family trip to horse country for the Derby. There was plenty of room for everyone, and lots to do. We explored some of the trails around the property and saw and heard lots of wildlife. We had an absolutely amazing stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!”

“There was a group of 8 adults (4 couples) that shared this beautiful modern space. We all loved the rural area which is extremely dark & quiet @ night. The large porch allowed all of us to sit outside & enjoy our morning coffee while the rain poured down. The fire pit & provided wood was a big hit. The kitchen was fully equipped to make two large evening meals. We lost power late @ night but the host was quick with a helpful response which we all greatly appreciated. The large washer & dryer……
