“This house has all the character that I love and all the functionality that I love. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the rest of the house is charming! Neighbors have horses. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hard to find a house with a king size bed which is must for my husband and they had extra blankets. Just needed an extra fan to make some background noise. ”

The neighborhood was so peaceful, great for taking a stroll, and an easy distance from the downtown sights, Keeneland, and the Kentucky Horse Park. The house was very tastefully decorated and clean and had all the amenities needed with consideration for the traveler in mind. We would most definitely stay at this home again!!”

“Overall a wonderful place to stay! The hosts went above and beyond with little touches that made all the difference- extra towels, blankets and throws available, everything to make coffee, a lot of kitchen necessities, etc. The place was very clean especially for being pet friendly. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and the closeness to downtown was convenient. The primary bed was large, but uncomfortable and very squeaky due to being an antique style bed frame. The heat/AC units were a bit……
