"True 3 star hotel in a great location. The breakfast was minimal, the room needs updating, the hotel seems understaffed. The staff we met was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and serviced daily. Walking distance to many restaurants, the Cathedral, the plaza major."

Great if you are not driving
"Place is amazing and price is good. We had to waste more than 30 minutes finding parking. So, if you are driving you better take a hotel outside the pedestrian area that’s the whole “casco viejo” meaning old downtown."
