“It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! ”

“Easy check in, would be helpful to have photos of the entry so that you know you're in the correct spot. Place was decently clean. Neighborhood was nice! Felt very safe. Had everything as listed. Bed was comfortable, hot water worked. Owner handled a minor issue with wifi promptly. ”

“The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay.”

“I stayed at this rental for one week and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The home is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s located in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood, offering plenty of privacy while still being close to stores, restaurants, and major highways.
