“The cabin was so comfortable, and just as described. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and the abundance of pillows to choose from for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, and the property was just beautiful! We loved waking up to bird song - such a variety of birds to hear and photograph! Rhona, our host, was very prompt and courteous in responding to any communication and/or questions. It's always great to get away with family and friends, reconnect, and just enjoy each……

Clean and comfortable, it was a great base to explore the area over a long holiday weekend. Matt was available and happy to answer any questions. Definitely recommend and would stay again. ”

It is on a quiet road across the street from a river, which not only offers a great view, but also the soothing sound of flowing water. The interior was beautifully renovated with modern day comforts, while preserving original traditional details that add to its charm. “The cabin is absolutely incredible. Nestled in the woods, but not too far away from other people. It overlooks what was once a lake, but has since drained. At night, it’s a sea of fireflies. During the day, you have gorgeous views of the mountains. There is plenty to do in the area, especially hiking. Kate was an incredible host. She provided everything we needed, from shampoo, to charcoal, to kindling for the fire. Check in was seamless. The air conditioning in the cabin is great, and the bed……
