“We were in town for college graduation with extended family. The guest house was perfect for the older parents who wanted to retire earlier and not stay up all night talking with the rest of us. It was super clean and right behind the main house so they didn’t feel left out. How do I recommend. ”

“The neatest little apartment in the Danville River District. It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. A spring or summer stay will definitely be in our future! ”

“This was our 2nd time staying here. We were (back) in town for another family funeral. So clean, so comfortable, so relaxing... We will stay here anytime we come to town. Everything you need is available. The bed is SO very comfy! We enjoyed our stay once again!!”

The location is clean, well appointed, and is close to everything we needed including food, shopping, and entertainment. The hosts respond quickly and have the place well equipped for all your needs. “This property is so peaceful and so many horses!! A perfect horse lovers dream! Julie is a wonderful host and everything about the studio was perfect. There were more amenities than I expected. I was visiting my best friend and if I need a place to stay next time I am in town I absolutely will stay again if Julie will have us! ”

“I was in town for an extended weekend to visit family and see a show at the Coliseum. The apartment was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The Coliseum is within short walking distance along with other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The host also responds quickly and is polite. I would recommend this place!”

“The location is so central to everything we wanted to explore in Greensboro. I would look up the address of our daily plans and it was always just a quick drive away! Check-in and check out was super easy and directions were clear. Very much appreciated the communication of our host. ”

"I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many cockroaches in such a cold weather. This was obviously unusual. I knew that the price was already affordable. I didn't expect too much, but in the water Cockroaches really scared me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank it. I hope the hotel manager should pay attention to this problem and can't imagine what the summer here will be like."
