“I was in town for an extended weekend to visit family and see a show at the Coliseum. The apartment was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The Coliseum is within short walking distance along with other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The host also responds quickly and is polite. I would recommend this place!”

“I was initially drawn to this place because it seemed like the perfect space to feel at home while in between homes—and it truly delivered. The photos looked great, but being here in person exceeded my expectations. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need (aside from groceries), making it incredibly convenient. The host was also fantastic—helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“We received zero communication from the property owner regarding the check in procedure, access code, etc., despite numerous messages sent. There was zero response. We had to escalate the issue to VRBO and they were also unable to get in touch with the property owner. This resulted in our reservation being cancelled the evening we were supposed to check and scrambling to find alternative accommodations last minute. ”

“This is our second stay at Macauley house, and it was lovely! We come into town to play disc golf and this is such a wonderful centrally-located place to stay. "I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many cockroaches in such a cold weather. This was obviously unusual. I knew that the price was already affordable. I didn't expect too much, but in the water Cockroaches really scared me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank it. I hope the hotel manager should pay attention to this problem and can't imagine what the summer here will be like."
