“Everything there was nice, if i had to think of something bad it would be the parking. Ive never seen parking spaces so narrow, there is no way they are regular size parking spaces. I have a normal size SUV and tried multiple parking spaces & could barely get in. If another car parked even remotely close to the lines then there was zero chance you would make it into that spot.”

“Comfortable place, new facilities, secure parking lot. The hotel covers parking expenses for the nights of your reservation. The breakfast area is clean and comfortable, and if you prefer, you can enjoy your breakfast at the outdoor tables. Friendly front desk staff, very quiet and safe atmosphere. Perfect location, so ideal for visiting nearby places either by car or on foot.”

“We chose the hotel due it's proximity to Great American ballpark. On our free day, we walked to the street car to tour Findley Market. All of the employees (Valet, Front Desk, Breakfast Mgr) we interacted with were very helpful. There's nothing to say "negative". We would stay at the Residence again, without question.”

“This was a great property. I throughly enjoyed myself and will absolutely return. The staff were all super helpful and prompt. The rooms were very clean. The gym was great and it’s in a fantastic location across from a beautiful garden, walk along the river, amazing views and great dining options in the area. The only thing missing was better food at the lounge. The menu was very small. Other than that it was great and great value. ”

“This is an aesthetically interesting place. It’s a nice step away from your typical hotel and the sea of greys and beiges. Location was nice, sprawled between the VA medical center and the University of Cincinnati. The view from the bar across the lawn is lovely. I would stay here again, given the opportunity. ”
