The ART House. Chic, cheerful, Burlington home.

The ART HOUSE is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. A short walk to Waterfront Park, Church Street, and the bike trail. Situated in the Historic Old North End overlooking the Burlington Inter-vale, Scout’s Coffee Shop for morning delights, or a quick game of Pac-man in the game room is a favorite. Stowe Mt. is 45 min. away too for a fun ski day. We live right next door for added convenience. No smoking, no pets, no guns. Science is real, just Love.
The space
The Art house is airy and comfortable. Each room is spacious and has bureau's and/or closets. Window air conditioners in the King, queen, kitchen and study rooms. The heat is natural gas throughout the house except the game room which has a monitor. We have cleaning supplies, & vacuum cleaner. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes and glasses.
Guest access
We have parking for 2 cars in our driveway. Scott's coffee shop is walkable just a few blocks away, food shopping by car in New North End 5 minutes away along with hardware, bagel shop and other stores.
