“This is our second time staying at Sunset View. We love the location. The southern end of lake is more quiet in our opinion and this home is perfect for two families. We love the overall space, flat yard and that you can go into the water easily given the ocean type access. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the host provides basics to get you started which should last a good 2-3 days. We will most definitely be back to Sunset View in the future.”

“Yeti’s Den was an ideal spot for four older couples! With a well-stocked kitchen, roomy living area and bedrooms, fireplace and wood stove, and fun indoor pool/poker table/skee ball available, the house suited the chilly mornings and evenings in mid-March. The location allowed us to explore interesting places/restaurants in Davis, Thomas, Blackwater Falls area, and Timberline Mt. We found Yeti’s Den the perfect central spot for family members from three states to meet and make new memories!”

“The cabin was as advertised. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware and spices. The check in process was very simple. The Potomac scenic railroad is about 30 minutes away. It was a beautiful time of year with the fall colors to take the train through the Trough.”

“The home is clean, well decorated and the layout was lovely. Plenty of clean towels and overall we loved the place and will plan to stay at this property again if available. We had some very minor observations for improvement: 1. The arcade machine was fun but not being set on free play requiring a quarter was annoying. Nobody has a quarter in 2024 2. The kitchen and first level need wi Dow treatments. There is free view into the home from the neighbours 3. The upstairs rec room to needs to……

“We loved this property! It had everything we needed and then some! The pool table was actually good quality with good sticks. Every room had a big smart tv with cable. The downstairs “game room” was so comfy and great to relax and I loved how open the upstairs area was. The picture of the hot tub is a little deceiving, it’s actually closer to the house than what it looks. The mud entry room was very convenient for wet days. The property was also nestled on a dead end road and it was very quiet……
