“I set up this trip for my wife and her friends to have a retreat and the space was perfect for what they needed. Even though VRBO’s website messed up and showed me the check out time was 11 when the owner told me it was actually 10, she was gracious in letting us complete our agenda as planned. The house was not as stocked as other experiences with VRBO (you might want to bring any essentials you need like a can opener, but certainly not worth losing a star from an otherwise excellent stay. “Chris made it super easy to check in and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely recommend staying here!!! ”

“I stayed for a conference in Temple and had a very pleasant time. The location was very accessible, close to lots of great places to eat, but also peaceful in the surrounds of the country club. It was great to see deer on the golf course in the early mornings and evenings, and to take a stroll around the natural surroundings. Although there was no sight of the sunrise, the decking of the property was nice to relax on for the sunset. The space inside is very spacious, especially the bathroom……

“The house is very nice and spacious. But, there were several negative aspects to our stay. I will try to reach out to the host and hopefully, these issues will be resolved before other quest stay here. It is a nice house and in a very quiet neighborhood. ”

“This rental far surpassed our expectations. The location was peaceful, property was well maintained and home clean and very well appointed. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what renters may want or need during their stay. The pond is well stocked for fishing and the pool, hot tub and covered porches provide a feeling of your own private resort. Jimmie was most helpful in providing support throughout our stay. A property!! Could not recommend more!!”

“It’s centrally located. Can walk to downtown. Has a balcony which is my favorite part ”

“Walking into the home it had a bad smell. Not one ceiling fan functioned properly and only 2 of the stove burners functioned at times. Floors were dirty. The outside of the house was also dirty. ”

“We had such a great time. The property was just as described and Bonnie is amazing. She was super helpful and even brought over her brand new baby goat for us to play with. We can’t wait to go back, and we will.”

“The house is very attractive, interior and exterior. Location was convenient for going out and about, as well as taking a walk/getting some outside time.Amenities were not re-stocked after previous guests exit. (We did not have enough toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap for our 4 day stay. We had no paper towel, and almost no garbage bags left.) Also, although there are 2 ovens and a convection oven, baking pans were non-existant. Just a bit invconvenient for pizza, french fry and biscuit……
