“My wife, two kids and I stayed the weekend. The house was exceptionally clean, orderly and comfortable. Everything was clearly laid out and labeled. The inside of the house was even bigger and more spacious than it appeared in the pictures on the listing. Beautiful open natural light in the dining and living areas, spacious open kitchen, and the bedrooms upstairs were comfortable. We especially appreciated the crib for our two year old to sleep in. “Overall — the property had everything we needed. The fishing off the dock was GREAT, as one of us even caught a very large muskee right off of it! I do feel that the place looks a bit worse for wear, or hastily constructed, in a few areas (vinyl peeling off the ceiling of the outside porch, etc.,) but this didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay. My only suggestion would be a larger dining room table. Oh — and the host was SUPER responsive and SUPER helpful. 10/10 on that front!”

“The location was a plus. Close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the peaceful lake setting. My husband enjoyed fishing right off the dock and having several poles and supplies was a plus. . Having a canoe too for use was great. We took the canoe out and spent several hours on the beautiful a lake. The cottage had the amenities to make our stay complete. We hope to be back again! ”
