“Quiet neighborhood, cute place and peaceful garden area”

“I was in the Asheville area for two separate events and need a place for a couple nights in between. This place was perfect for me. Clean, neat and QUIET. I spent much of my time reading on the porch. Although I could see traffic on the other side of the bamboo forest, I could not hear it. The sound of the wind in the bamboo was so soothing.Bed was comfortable, linens adequate. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower. I used the washer and dryer and both worked well. ……

“We had a wonderful stay. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials, extra towels, blankets, etc. It was a beautiful spot on the 12th hole. Would definitely book again if we venture back to Lake Lure. ”

“This place is well situated and has a nice side yard and porch. Close to a river, we went down about 10 min just pulled off the road and the kids played there for a few hours. The house is nice and has plenty of things for cooking. Overall it was great! There were 24 of us.We did have some issues. The place looked like it wasn't tended too often. It was well cleaned!, but maintenance wasn't the best. The washer didn't work, but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The downstairs tub/shower couldn't……

“Stayed two nights with my wife, 4 daughters, a friend, and our dog. It’s a very impressive house with lots to look at and lots to do! From karaoke in the party room, to cooking in the massive kitchen, and hanging in the hot tub, fun was had by all! Location was also great for walking the dog, with the riverside greenway just outside of the home. ”

“We had a fantastic time during our most recent trip to the area. Pictures do not do this little sanctuary justice. It is gorgeous inside and well-maintained. The hosts were easy to work with and available if we needed anything. Our kiddo loved exploring the play area and investigating the cicadas. We highly recommend this house for visitors who want to be a little removed from the busier parts of the area. ”

“Beautiful mountain setting, horse pasture out front. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to figure out why wi-fy wasn't working. Had to bring our own Keurig. Couldn't get to streaming tv. Tiny kitchen, few dishes.”
