Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and downtown Asheville were all easy driving distances and offered fun for all!Great location and beautiful cabin atop your own mountain! Who could ask for more!”

“Dreamy little cabin. Carefully designed to meet all your needs in a small but very pleasant space. The drive up the road was a little daunting for a city person with a low slung car. Very considerate manager. Enjoyed both front and back porches.”

“Loved our stay here. It was exceptional, the owner was excellent at communicating and was extremely gracious. The only thing I would mention is the driveway up to the house is very steep and has sections of loose gravel, so make sure you have a car that can handle it. “Spacious, clean home nestled in a serene river valley at the base of the highest mountain east of the Mississippi. The house is comfortable enough to never want to leave, but convenient enough to so many fun things to do, you have to venture out. Ramble down the hill to kayak, fish or swim. A quick 20 minute deive to an easy hike in to a waterfall (roaring fork) with the kids. Both Biltmore and Grandfather are within an hour making for easy day trip outings.And Emerald”

“This property was everything we could ask for and more! It was clean and exactly as pictured. The game room was awesome to have with a group of us! The driveway is a little scary if you aren't use to mountains, but ultimately really not that bad compared to other driveways around. I loved everything about our trip and the town! Definitely one to save for your future trips!”

“We had a really lovely time hiking in the area and then coming back to the cabin to relax. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by flowers, hummingbirds, and butterflies. It was a great getaway.”

“We wanted a cabin in the mountains. Check. We hoped for a nice fireplace and enough rooms. Check. We didn't expect the stunning inside, the incredible quiet ... and, most especially, how our host went way above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. (One warning: the climb is pretty steep and you should take the last turn at speed in order to make it.). My kids absolutely loved our time here. Bring your fire building skills!”

“If you plan to do laundry, be Leary of the washing machine. It would not spin. Had to try a couple of different things to get it to work. Texted the contact person for the rental and was it was brand new. However, we were still there when the cleaning person came, and she said she has been problems for a while now…”

“Everything is like new. Never used a hot tub before and Melissa texted me the instructions to get it in the correct mode for usage. The washer/dryer was a little too high tech for us. However, it cleaned our clothes just fine. Very quiet here with the South Toe river in back for comfort. Love the stay very much.”

“Large house with plenty of room to spread out. While we congregated in the upstairs living area, there was a great downstairs lounge with ping pong table, sofa and tv to also hang out in. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.”

“Enjoyed my stay at Kasa. The apartment was very clean, in a safe neighborhood with private parking, affordable and had updated room decor. Staff answered questions that were text to them almost immediately. Downtown was a 10 minute walk away. Best value stay I've had in years. Thanks for offering such an attractive alternate to hotel rooms.”

“We had a relaxing weekend getaway here! Everything was clean, and the new carpets were plush. The couch was comfortable, and I slept like a log in the bed. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it, there is a lovely porch swing just outside the door where I can imagine unwinding with a good book or having conversation with a loved one. The shower was nice and open, and the water kept hot. The bathtub was amazing! The place was well-stocked, and the owners were friendly, providing prompt……
