“The camp is great! Staff is excellent and ready to take care of any need. The tent we stayed in may be looking a little old but everything works. As promised, you park your car and they come and get you for a short drive through desert sands. Once there you a can walk to some amazing sites just outside the gate. Then ride camels and/or hire a jeep to tour the Wadi Rum reserve. An amazing trip! At the camp while the evenings cooled off we sat around a camp fire watching the bright stars……

“I had an excellent stay and Wadi Rum experience at Beyond Wadi Rum camp. Everybody who I interacted with - the owner/manager Salman and my guides Abdul and Abdelkarim - where very kind and accommodating. The facilities were great, and I was kindly upgraded to a larger tent with its own bathroom facilities upon arrival as there was availability. The tours around the desert themselves were fantastic and I saw so much of the desert, and had a great time exploring. I would not hesitate to recommend……

“The deluxe cabin was excellent. Very comfortable, nice bathroom, and really good AC. Convenient parking off the main road without having to drive into Wadi Rum. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the dinners, where delicious chicken and lamb were served along with great salads. ”

“When we arrived, he gave us tea at his house, and then we went to the camp to see the tent. The tent is excellent and one of the best rooms I have ever lived in. In terms of capacity, cleanliness, excellent air conditioning, and a wonderful view. It is also quiet and has parking. The place is quiet, beautiful and safe. “The tent is extremely simple, No WIFI and electricity only comes after 7 pm. Although there's mosquito net but it didn't work. The extra paid tour arranged by hotel to desert is amazing, it's a must. The dinner is extra paid buffet and there's live traditional music and dancing, it was fun. Overall it's a good experience.”

“Bad Experience After Upgrade to a Different Camp Despite being notified of an upgrade from a different camp,the reality fell short. I paid $58 for a triple room with a panoramic view but got a room with no view, just neighboring houses.Bathroom issues were present – no shower door led to water everywhere, and the water heater was unreliable. Staff fixed things quickly, but cold water interruptions were frustrating. Additionally, the towels provided were noticeably overused.I attempted to upgrade……
