“There was plenty of free onsite parking which is a huge plus! It’s a bit too far to walk anywhere but taxi/uber is pretty reasonable. Also it’s closer to the airport which was nice. There is a pool and hot tub on site. It wasn’t super hot but it was nice enough to relax after a long travel day. “First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“After a long arduous flight they could not find my booking under my name or any particulars, my phone was dead so i didn't have the reference number, after a few ancy minutes I realized i sent the booking to my wife luckily, then all was good, but i was definitely not impressed by this atm”

“Information for reference: our room was about 320 Euro/night (including taxes and fees) in average. We only had one bottled water for the entire period of our stay (which was 5 days and 4 nights) and it wasn't replenished. But well, tap water is drinkable in Ireland. Then, the only window only opens to other rooms. Thus, we must keep the curtain down all the time to maintain some privacy. We cannot tell the day from the night. “reception service is very slow. I need to call more than 5 times and just have someone to pick up the phone. No hair dryer in room and someone came to see after 20min after calling. And then still cannot provide hair dryer. WIFI is often disconnected. ”
