“The Island is enjoyable but the property itself needs to be upgraded ”

“My family had a great stay at the Ocean Grande. The villa was very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and dining area with a nice size outdoor deck. The beach view and interior garden area views were very nice. The property was in very good condition. We will be back.”

“Adorable, immaculate treetop home located in beautiful wooded Deer Island, short walk into Harbor Town. Unit is newly and tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped and very comfortable bed. We biked twenty plus miles each day and spent hours walking on the beach. It was an excellent mini-vacation. ”

“Well maintained, clean, easy acsess to beach. Nice tennics and basketball courts, could even fish in retaining ponds. Would be nice if they would add some vending machines somewhere on the property. ”

“Location Location Location This is a typical vacation rental that happens to be waterfront…and on the 3rd floor, perfect! The 1BR condo furnishings are pretty dated but functional. It’s perfect for a couple. There are bunk beds for two kids or adults???, but there is no space to get away from each other. ”

“We lived the set up of the condo, quiet and peaceful. The property was clean and will maintained, hanging the pools so close to the beach was a bonus for the little one. ”
