“Disappointed no place to eat a meal. Breakfast was adequate. Hallway was not air conditioned. Instead there was a Fan on the floor running. ”

“It is a really nice atmosphere especially to be so close to the beach. I stay here for work just because of the water and its budget friendly.”

“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……

“Authentic”

“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“We were a bit leary about staying at a small independent hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m not sure but it looks like rooms were very recently renovated. The owners/ manager couple were very nice and accommodating. We will more than likely to stay there on a future trip to Norfolk. ”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodated our request for early check-in. Maintenance team was very responsive and non-intrusive in completing a repair. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and nicely decorated - very large bedroom, bathroom and second large TV/dvd . Was very comfortable for 3 adults. Kitchen offered the basics plus some extras. No complaints and would definitely stay there again.”

“Beautiful property. I would stay here over and over again. Clean property and professional staff. I love the manager. She made sure everything was A1 and answered all my question even about nearby nail shops😊. See you soon”
