“We have stayed here many times, so it has become a home away from home. We have family in the area, and love staying here! The location in historic Yorktown is perfect. We can walk to the shops and restaurants, and the battle fields. We love going to Mobjack Coffee Roasters. The cottage is always clean, and the owners are very responsive to any questions. ”

“Breakfast bar was lacking. Only bagels, cereal, or a cold hard boiled egg. Needed some protein options. ”

“We found two bugs on the sofa bed! And the hair dryer was broken ”

“The rooms were really clean. I always use a white rag to clean as soon as I get in a room and they passed. Beds were clean I use a special light to check for bed bugs before we bring our luggage in. I only took a way a star bc fitting in pool time was a hassle due to their pool hours which I don’t understand bc they don’t have a life guard so why do the hours matter and the pool was really small. Breakfast not included and they charge for parking on site. Hotel was easy to find and the night……

“The owners are super nice. They also have the cutest dog and the place is super clean and very easily walkable to the bay and to Dairy Queen. The courtyard is super cute and very quiet!”
