“Enjoyed my stay, had a pleasant experience. Reception team is affable and respectful, communication with them is smooth, and while cheerful and friendly, they stay professional. “What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? “10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location.”

“I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi……

"Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card."

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
