“So I have family in the Inverness area and this house was perfect for me and my family for a visit. Large enough to have a pool day with family. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our own meals. Rory was very attentive to us ! ”

“Well we walked in to a roach on the floor upside down kicking to be turned over( killed) then I’m sure no fault of the owners there was an animal in the attic so we literally left early only spent one night!”

“Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Mark……

“The property was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The private pool was a real plus. The golf cart worked well and got great mileage…after 2 weeks of using it daily, we had only used half a tank of gas. We would definitely rent it again. ”

“It is a very neat and clean house. We were able to comfortably have 10 of us there and it did not feel like we’re on top of each other. It was easy access to the villages and it was especially great that it was close to the squares. We would use the house again. ”

“Property/house was good, very clean, really well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, a Kuerig, etc. Very roomy and excellent TV’s, washer/dryer’s etc. Golf cart worked great. Only items we would have liked is a BBQ and better outdoor seating/table. Nice outdoor area but nothing done with it. ”

“Enjoyed our stay here for the week. House was very clean and comfortable, easy to get to and located close to everything in the Spanish Spring area. Has a nice patio in the back and comes with an electric cart that we made use of (mainly for a round of golf at Glennview. Everyone one we met in the area was so nice and helpful and there is lots to do if you get a guest pass - access to pools, golf courses, rec centers, etc. if you plan on staying I. This area and want a nice quiet……

She even doublechecked on us to be sure we knew how to manage the thermostat because the weather was especially chilly. We could not have been happier with everything.
