“First of all I will never book with VRBO again. This place was dirty and smelled I ask for help and showed them photos of how filthy it was VRBO said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Everyday I had to walk through animal crap to get to my car. It took me 3 hours to clean the bedroom and the bathroom. Sharing the kitchen that was a mess and frig was full of old stuff with no room for my food. I had to put a frig in the bedroom. I never saw anyone sweep or vacuum the 2 months I was there.……

“Very convenient to all things to do in and around Clermont. Property is unique in that it on a small farm with a goat, pig, chickens and ducks. It sits on a pond and the views are very pretty. It is dog friendly as long as you keep them on a leash. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property for a different type of getaway. The only thing is would be nice if there were some chairs and a small table down by the pond. Communication with the hose I would rate excellent.”
