The view was great, the landscaping alone was breathtaking, and the pool and hot tub were a huge hit. It was very clean and the hosts had everything we could need! Hopefully next time we stay there will be a lake again :)”

“This place was so cute and cozy. The gardens and fire pit were amazing! It's location perfect; right off campus and within walking distance to anyplace on campus. Stairs leading up to second level are a bit steep but nothing a healthy knee can't handle.If you are there in the summer, be sure to cross the street and buy some of the fresh corn. It's amazing!We will definitely be staying again!”

“Kristi’s trailer was exactly as described—cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The central air was a lifesaver in the August heat, and the location couldn’t be better for a quick trip to the racetrack. We appreciated how close it was to all the conveniences of Knoxville. Kristi was friendly and very responsive to messages, which made our stay even easier.”
