“The unit is on a second floor walkup on a siding off a major road. It was very clean and had an amazingly well appointed kitchen. Beds were firm and comfortable with good linens. Livingroom likewise a comfortable and spacious area. The only major downside: the wi-fi wasn't upquite fast enough for my work needs.”

“This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The whole unit is very clean, beautifully decorated and located in a really safe and nice part of Bakersfield. It has so much offered, from the welcome basket, to the free amenities like coffee and the variety of teas, to the cozy bed, this is seriously one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long while. In addition, the host is really nice and answered all my questions promptly. Book this place, you won’t regret it. ”

“This property is not as it is sold. It is not a townhome. It is an old apartment complex that does not feel welcoming or safe at all. The code to get into the property didn't work and when I tried to reach out to the management company for support they were like robots not responding at all to my concerns and request for support/refund. To this day, their "manager" has yet to return my calls.”

“Stayed for over a month in the house and it was amazing. Very spacious and with all necessary accessories for our long stay. The location of the house is in a quiet residential area with a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe there. The hosts are great and responded to all our requests very fast.
