“The unit was just as described. Located on the upper floor, it faced the Sound. It was a short walk down the block to the ocean. Even in mid-October there were a number of stores abnd restaurants open. Plenty of places to walk and explore. Definitely plan to return. The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. “This place was so cozy and cute, we loved the location. It was perfect for 2 people. The couch definitely needs replacing due to stains and just looking nasty. Whoever cleans needs to do a better job. We walked in to check out the place before bringing our luggage up and the floor was covered in sand… I get it you’re at the beach so some sand is perfectly ok but the amount I swept up was honestly disgusting. Also, the countertops had not been wiped off. You pay a cleaning fee, so I feel you……

“This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. ”
