“Love this historic hotel. So much that we stayed there 5 times in the last 2 years already. Close to downtown and very friendly staff. The only thing I have issue is the bathroom: Shower head out of control ( I mean really out of control as it was spraying all over the bathroom) and very strong current. No way to adjust. Toilet has a very unusual shape… Water was extremely hot. I like it but I think safety… Internet was slogish … Everything else just excellent. Perfect for people who……

“The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help.”

“Great environment for walking or biking. But hotel/rooms could be better. The shower in my bathroom was sliding down all the time. My room had no safe. ”

“Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal. ”

“Was a lovely room, only negative is that the elevator has to be fixed so had to use other one. On a whole was a lovely stay will definitely be back. Would like bacon at breakfast. ”

“Very fine location and excellent breakfast. If you wanna have dinner here though, retaurant closes at 8.00 o'clock, which I found a bit weird. Nice hotel overall but the room was a bit bare and outdated and no proper curtains or window frames so you'd wake up with the first lights of the day. Expensive parking.”

“No kettle, glasses, cups and cutlery. The price in the restaurant is not worth the food. We received takeaway food which we had no cutlery in the room. Room nice ane clean but unfortunately do not recommend cause of the reason above.”
