The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice addition, though the QR-code assisted instructions were not for the same model we had. After WhatsApp discussion with the front office, we finally figured it out. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. "不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。"

Decent hotel in a not quite safe neighborhood
"The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
