“What a nice surprise. We knew there’d be free breakfast but didn’t expect a nice, complementary dinner-type buffet and very inexpensive drinks/cocktails each night. “Was a wonderful hotel everybody was friendly. The automatic text messages to see if you were enjoying your stay was a cool feature. At first arrival it took us a minute to find the hotel. We seen Meijer’s & thought I put the wrong address in, whole time the hotel is next to Meijer’s. Which is an added plus I might save. Will be booking again here soon”

“Nice hotel, there were just a few issues with the room. The thermostat (box) on the wall was ripped off the wall. The wall paper was peeling in the restroom and it looked like water damage was on the ceiling and the shower knob fell off the shower and hit me on the foot. ”

“While check in host and facility were very nice, it was surprising and very inconvenient to learn the airport shuttle did NOT run for early morning flights. There was NO indication of this on the web site, and that service was one of the key factors in my choosing this property over others. I hope management can address this significant and inconvenient gap in service with me and for others. ”
