“I would give this place a 4.5/5 out of 5. Carolina is an excellent host. The property is a bit older so the front door is difficult to open and close. Additionally the check-in process is a manual key even though there is a keypad on the lock, we arrived earlier than expected and had to wait for the host to meet us. “We enjoyed our time at Marina Real. Every interaction with reservations and local people was wonderful. Eddie, the onsite person was fun and willing to help with anything. I recommend this place.We were warned that there was going to be construction on the roof, but the banging and dirt blowing around were a nuisance. It was going on the three weeks we were there. “When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain.
