“We stayed in Laurel’s immaculate and very comfortable home for two nights. The house was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. Laurel was very communicative and responsive. We would gladly stay here again if in the area.”

“The house is 2 blocks from the Main St and all the neat restaurants and shops. Each bedroom is large, with a sitting room and bathroom. The Speak Easy was seriously cool. This is a house in town, so there are close neighbors and city parking. We would definitely stay again!”

“We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. The property owners addressed it and it didn’t happen again. 2) on day two of a two week stay, we heard a critter(s) in the……

“The house was a staging area for our son's wedding. We need accommodations for a big group and this house was perfect. The pictures make it look pretty rural, but it's really close to everything. You can walk easily to a chipotle and easy shopping - best of all worlds. We would definitively be back if we need another place for a big group. Thank you!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property while in town for our daughter’s graduation! Communication with host was smooth. House provided plenty of room for our party of 7 as well as a graduation dinner one evening where we had 12 in the home. There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, serving dishes/utensils and even paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. “The title of the listing, "Spacious cozy retreat, off the beaten path close to all Pittsburgh attractions" is a perfect description for this home. The location is super quiet in a good way. No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. “This was such a perfect home to have a retreat for our church's Women's Ministry. The outdoor atmosphere is so relaxing and feels secluded without being too far from shops. The home was clean and so welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms so clean and updated, and the living areas provided a great space to gather for discussion and hang outs. We would love to book and stay again in the future. Absolutely book again for future trips if available. ”
