“I booked a one-bedroom suite, but the first room they gave me was on the lower floor. The view was blocked by the opposite hotel. We needed to close the curtains all the time. Fortunately, they let us move to another room for the other two days. This room faced another direction and on a higher floor. It was much better. There is a bus 440 heading to Bondi junction in front of the hotel. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to L2&3 to The Rocks and trains to Central Station. ”

“Wonderful place”

“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……

“Definitely not a 4-star hotel, it is more like 3 or 3.5-star hotel. The suit was poorly organized and bedroom was small”

“Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Responsive to housekeeping needs as I submit my requests through the room’s tablet. Excellent working area though the lighting js a bit too dim once it hits around 5:30pm. ”

“Check in and check out were convenient and fast. Hotel staff were friendly and secured storage in lobby for luggage. Hotel location is very great, plenty of restaurants and nearby train station.”
