“Mr Bill is always super nice and accommodating. I spent a whole day and night without a working tv. No one was available to reprogram tv.”

“everything was nice fron the room to the sauna, and close to degray lake...didn't get woke up by drunks or screaming kids, 1st room a/c didn't work told lady at desk and was moved imedietly with no hassle, will be using it again at the time i had my daughter with me, she was never bored”

“Good parking, great customer service at front desk and from breakfast attendant. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast was hot and good. Pool area was nice. Pool actually heated! Hot tub was amazing. I wish it had steps to get in/out though. My mom scraped her knee trying to get out of it. Was provided with a large bandaid by front desk. Overall a good visit. ”

“Check in and check out was easy and fast. About 10 min. drive to the National park and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast was delicious, bagels, waffles eggs, sausage, orange juice, cereal, yogurt and coffee Our room was clean and spacious, very comfortable bed.The bathroom made a cracking noise every time we were standing in front of the sink. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”
